1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FN Central Billing System (FN CBS) platform provided by FaireNation Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FN CBS provides a payment processing infrastructure that enables:

• Invoice generation and management
• Multi-channel payment processing (cards, bank transfers, USSD)
• Automated settlement distribution
• Real-time transaction monitoring
• RESTful API access for integrations

3. Account Registration

To use CBS services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Processing

4.1 Transaction Fees: Service fees and transaction charges will be clearly communicated and deducted according to the agreed settlement structure.

4.2 Settlement: Payments are automatically split between relevant parties (government revenue, service provider, and merchant) based on configured percentages.

4.3 Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through our refund API and are subject to approval based on transaction status and merchant policies.

5. API Usage

When using our API services:

• You must use secure authentication tokens
• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse
• API keys must be kept confidential
• You are responsible for all API requests made with your credentials

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Attempt to breach system security
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
• Process payments for prohibited goods or services
• Share or resell API access without authorization

7. Data Security

FN CBS implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

8. Liability and Warranties

FN CBS provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. FN CBS may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
